Experienced Hospitality / FOH Team Member – No Nights or Weekends

Johnny Come Lately is looking for an experienced and service-focused Hospitality / Front of House Team Member to join our busy Adelaide CBD store.

We are a quality-driven sandwich deli and coffee shop focused on great food, great coffee and genuine hospitality. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced service environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

This role would suit someone with experience in a busy pub, restaurant, café, bar or other hospitality venue. If you're comfortable dealing with customers, working under pressure and contributing to a busy team, we'd like to hear from you.

The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys hospitality but would prefer consistent Monday to Friday daytime hours — no nights or weekends.

About the role:

- 10–15 hours per week initially
- Monday to Friday daytime shifts
- Approximately 25–30 hours available during December
- Adelaide CBD location
- Front-of-house and customer service
- Taking orders and serving customers
- Coffee,



matcha and other drinks
- Made-to-order sandwiches
- Morning food preparation and portioning
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional service area
- Working efficiently during busy service periods

About you:

- Previous hospitality / front-of-house experience
- Experience in a busy, high-pressure environment is highly valued
- Confident and friendly with customers
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and presentation
- Excellent communication skills and very good English
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Positive, hardworking and team-oriented
- Genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
