About the role

WP is seeking an enthusiastic Delivery/Change Management Graduate/ Junior Associate to join our growing Delivery, Change, Support and Operations Team. This is a full-time position based in our East Perth office, offering an exceptional opportunity to launch your consulting career with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

In this role, you will support the delivery of transformational software system initiatives using Microsoft Solutions Products. Working closely with delivery leads, consultants, business analysts, and technical teams, this role helps ensure project outcomes are delivered clearly, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will gain hands-on experience in efficient delivery and change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery whilst contributing to meaningful outcomes across diverse industries.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support timely project delivery.

- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of change management and delivery programmes across client organisations

- Maintain project documentation, registers, backlogs, and delivery artefacts

- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Conducting stakeholder analysis, mapping and engagement planning to support successful change initiatives

- Assisting with the development of change communication strategies and materials

- Documenting change activities, outcomes and lessons learned to ensure knowledge sharing across projects

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams





- Continuously learning consulting best practices and building expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies

- Certified as a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner, WP is experienced in Azure, Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, and Agentic AI

What we're looking for

- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related discipline

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an understanding of business challenges

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

- Attention to detail and strong project management fundamentals, including organisational and prioritisation skills

- Proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to learning and professional development

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new software tools

- Ideally, some exposure to consulting, IT project management or change management through internships, work experience or academic projects

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
