Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Proven leadership of recruitment teams
- Engineering or Technical recruitment industry expertise
- As an executive, have good individual discipline, consistency and accountability
- Solid understanding of business drivers and commercial issues




- Self-driven professional with a successful and resilient mindset

- Drive delivery methodology best practice
- Coach and mentor consultants on recruitment skills and interview quality
- Monitor and drive talent pool health
- Manage Associate Director accountability
