About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing practice in Bundaberg, Queensland on a casual basis. As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patient-focused team.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting dentists with patient examinations and procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
- Greeting and registering patients, and handling patient enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Performing basic administrative duties to support the dental practice

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities




- Familiarity with dental software and equipment
- A caring, patient-centric approach and a desire to provide excellent customer service
