What You’ll Be Doing

As a Dental Assistant at Clarity Dental, you’ll work closely with our clinicians and wider team to provide a smooth, comfortable and professional experience for every patient.





Your responsibilities will include

- Providing efficient and attentive chairside assistance to our clinicians
- Preparing treatment rooms before procedures
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Following infection prevention and control protocols
- Ensuring surgeries are appropriately stocked and ready for the day
- Supporting clinicians during a variety of dental procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records where required
- Following established clinical workflows, checklists and procedures
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and organised clinical environment
- Communicating warmly and professionally with patients
- Working collaboratively with our Front Desk and clinical teams
- Contributing to the smooth running of the practice each day

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control requirements
- Experience with dental software and digital workflows

Experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply, but we’re also open to someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and build a career in dentistry.
