You walk in knowing today is crown and bridge, a molar endo you're actually keen to get into, maybe some surgical. Not a column of cleans and six-month checks. The real work. The work you fell in love with when you first picked up a handpiece.

That's a normal day here.

At First Choice, our long-established therapy team looks after the hygiene, so your chair stays full of comprehensive treatment. Crown and bridge, root canals, quadrant dentistry, surgical. Almost all of it done in house and kept by you. The cases that make the day fly by.

And you won't be doing it alone. You'll work beside a principal with 30 years in the chair, with systems that actually work and a team that has your back. You'll also have access to our coaching and training through Savvy Dentist, so you keep growing into the dentist you want to become.

This is a practice that runs on data and rewards you for doing excellent work.



Start at 35% of production, moving to 40% as you grow. 4 days a week, no Saturdays. $3,000 to $3,500 a day within your first six weeks, building toward $5,000 to $6,000 as you settle in.

We're looking for someone already confident in crown and bridge. Endo, surgical and Invisalign are a wonderful bonus, not a must.

More than anything, we're looking for a good human. Someone warm, someone patients trust, someone the team is genuinely glad to see walk in each morning. That matters here as much as the clinical work.
