Dynamic Smiles Ashfield is actively seeking an experienced dentist to join our vibrant team in a newly created role, made possible by the expansion of our modern facility. Located in the heart of Ashfield, our practice blends the style and sophistication of a modern, state-of-the-art facility with welcoming warmth and charm.

As a proud member of the local community for over 25 years, our caring team is dedicated to providing personalized, attentive service that caters to patients of every age. With our expansion introducing a 6th chair to our practice, this role offers an exceptional prospect to step into a growing patient base with strong community trust.

About the Role This position is ideal for a dedicated clinician looking to deliver high-quality dental care in a bustling, collaborative 6-chair environment. Operating 7 days a week, we require a flexible practitioner who thrives in a team-oriented setting. To best serve our diverse local patient demographic, fluency in Mandarin is required.

Days Available

- Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

- Alternate Wednesdays & Alternate Sundays (Note: As the practice operates 7 days a week, weekend availability is required, matching the shared schedule of all doctors at our practice).

Our Ideal Candidate

- Demonstrated clinical experience across general, restorative, and preventative dentistry.





- Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our strong Chinese-speaking patient base.

- Holds current AHPRA registration and qualifications recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.

- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

- Values teamwork, clinical integrity, and ongoing professional growth.
