We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Deployment & Helpdesk Technician to join our Digital Learning Team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Learning, this role provides front-line ICT support to staff, students and families while assisting with the deployment, management and maintenance of College technology systems.
This hands-on position is ideal for an individual who enjoys problem solving, working with people and supporting innovative learning environments. Responsibilities include Help Desk support, Apple device deployment and management, AV support, software and app deployment, asset management, printer and photocopier support, and the ongoing administration of systems such as JAMF, PaperCut and Asset Tiger.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience in an ICT Support or Help Desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Apple iOS and macOS platforms
- Experience with JAMF or similar device management systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
