The Opportunity

Working in close partnership with the Principal, this key leadership role contributes to the strategic and operational leadership of St Francis School, fostering excellence in Catholic identity, teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and community engagement.

As a valued member of the leadership team, you will help shape a welcoming and inclusive learning community inspired by the values of St Francis of Assisi, where every student is encouraged to flourish academically, spiritually and personally.

The successful candidate will be a trusted leadership partner who combines strong relational, organisational and strategic capabilities to foster inclusion, strengthen teaching and learning, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Include

- Partnering with the Principal to lead school improvement and strategic priorities
- Strengthening Catholic identity, student wellbeing and community engagement
- Leading excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Maintaining a classroom teaching presence that models exemplary practice
- Championing inclusive practices that support the success of every learner
- Using data and evidence to inform decision-making and student outcomes
- Building a collaborative, high-performing culture across the school community
