Our team is opening a boutique aesthetic clinic in Wanneroo, and we are looking for a skilled, client-focused Dermal Therapist to build a vibrant, supportive clinic culture from day one.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Dermal Therapist, passionate about achieving real skin transformations, to perform advanced corrective skin and body therapies. Don't worry if you haven't worked with our specific machinery before, we provide full, structured in-house training across all our advanced clinical devices.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced corrective skin therapies including using Dermalogica, facial,microneedling, chemical peels and IPL/Laser rejuvenation, HIFU, and body sculpting.

Conduct in-depth skin analysis and create targeted homecare and treatment programs for acne, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation.

Build strong client rapport to drive retention, rebooking rates, and clinic growth targets.

Maintain exceptional clinical hygiene, treatment standards, and client follow-up protocols.

Essential Requirements

Qualifications:

Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science,



or Cert IV Beauty with clinical experience.

Licensing: Valid WA Radiation License for laser/IPL treatments (or active willingness to obtain prior to starting).

Minimum 1+ years experience in a clinical or skin-focused environment.

Solid grasp of skin anatomy, barrier restoration, and active cosmeceutical ingredients.

Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for client outcomes.

Preferred (Not Required — Full Machinery Training Provided)

Interest in social media or short-form video content creation and general administration contribution.
