QLS has a permanent full-time opportunity for a Designer to join our Marketing and Design team. The Marketing and Design team creates compelling campaigns, visual communications and branded experiences that promote QLS services, programs, events and advocacy initiatives, helping to strengthen member engagement and enhance the Society's visibility across the legal profession and wider community.

The Designer contributes to QLS's marketing, communications and engagement objectives through the delivery of high-quality visual communications across print, digital and multimedia channels, working collaboratively with the Team Lead, Design, and stakeholders across the organisation.

In this role you will:

- Design and produce high-quality visual communications and creative assets across a range of channels, platforms and formats, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Manage and deliver design projects from concept through to completion, balancing stakeholder requirements, timelines and quality standards.
- Provide creative design expertise and advice to support marketing, communications, engagement, advocacy and events.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers, to develop effective, audience-focused design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to the ongoing development of brand assets, templates, visual identity standards and design resources.

Ideally you will have the following:

- Qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design,



visual communication or a related creative discipline, with the ability to produce high-quality print and digital assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles, with experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
