*The Role An opportunity has become available for a Dietitian - Senior (Eating Disorder) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-solid team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

Manage workload to deliver high level nutrition and dietetic services across the continuum of care within a multidisciplinary team

Identify and contribute to the development of evidence based clinical practices/guidelines, procedures, protocols and education materials

Contribute to clinical research activities while developing clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise

Provide clinical education and act as a primary supervisor role for clinical student placements

Provide high level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders

About you To be successful in this position you will require:

Tertiary degree in in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)

Available to take part in the weekend and on call rosters across the HHS

Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B

Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required

Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $64.64 - $69.55 per hour
