Digital Business Analyst (experienced) - Hybrid WFH

n Lead digital initiatives in one of Australia's leading retail businesses

n We're looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst with strong eCommerce experience to join Baby Bunting's Digital team on a contract basis and play a key role in delivering strategic digital and customer experience initiatives.

n This is a hands‐on role for an experienced BA who can quickly build relationships, navigate complexity and translate business needs into practical solutions. You'll work across customer, eCommerce and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders throughout the organisation to shape requirements, align teams and drive outcomes.

n You'll join a collaborative, high‐performing workplace where you'll influence decisions, lead analysis activities and contribute to projects that directly impact customers and team members across Australia and New Zealand.

n You'll be working cross functionally with Product, Technology, Digital, Operations and external partners, you'll drive initiatives from discovery through to implementation, bringing clarity to ambiguity and momentum to delivery.

- Leading business analysis activities across complex digital and eCommerce initiativesn
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to uncover business needs and define solutionsn
- Translating business requirements into high-quality user stories, functional requirements and delivery‐ready documentationn
- Working closely with Product/CX, UX, Delivery Lead, Developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecyclen
- Analysing existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve customer and business outcomesn
- Supporting discovery, solution design, testing and implementation activitiesn
- Managing competing stakeholder priorities and helping drive decisions in a fast‐paced environmentn
- Working across integrated platforms, systems and customer journeysn




- Acting as a trusted adviser to business and technology stakeholdersn
- Contributing to continuous improvement across delivery practices, tools and ways of workingn

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Digital Business Analyst within digital, eCommerce or technology environmentsn
- Strong eCommerce experience with a solid understanding of online customer journeys, conversion, search discovery and gifting experiencesn
- Evidence that you've successfully delivered digital initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing, implementation and launchExperience owning outcomes and driving initiatives forward, not simply contributing a small part of a much larger programmeStrong experience translating business needs into practical solutions, user stories, functional requirements and delivery‐ready workThe ability to operate autonomously, manage ambiguity and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience working closely with Product/CX, UX, Delivery Lead, Developers, QA teams and external vendors throughout the delivery lifecyclePractical experience working across integrated systems, APIs and digital platforms, with enough technical confidence to challenge assumptions and support solution designStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build alignment and influence decisions at all levelsA pragmatic, delivery‐focused approach and a track record of taking initiatives from concept to successful business outcomesn

n It would be nice, but not essential, if you also come with:

- Omnichannel retail experience across digital and store-based customer journeysn
- Exposure to Click & Collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle or similar omnichannel fulfilment modelsn
- Experience working across customer‐facing websites, marketplaces or mobile applicationsn
- Experience working with third‐party vendors and SaaS platformsn
- Exposure to tools like Jira, confluence, figma, agile practise and documentation standard.n
- Exposure to large‐scale digital transformation or customer experience programsn
