Who in the Zoo is partnering with a growing premium gifting business to find a hands-on Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity to lead marketing across Australia while helping the brand expand into the United States.

Working closely with the Founder and General Manager, you’ll take ideas from concept through to execution. You’ll have the freedom to shape campaigns, improve the customer experience and see the results of your work in brand growth and sales.

The opportunity

You’ll lead the marketing strategy and bring it to life across every customer touchpoint. Your remit will include:

- Developing brand campaigns that inspire customers and drive sales.
- Leading digital marketing across paid channels, social media, email and content.
- Improving the website experience and customer journey to support conversion.
- Creating a consistent, premium look and feel across all channels.
- Briefing and working with creative agencies and specialist partners.




- Using performance insights to refine campaigns and support growth in Australia and the US.

About you You’re a creative marketer with solid commercial instincts and an exceptional eye for design. You enjoy building campaigns from the ground up, working closely with decision makers and staying involved in the detail.

You’ll ideally bring experience across digital marketing, brand campaigns and eCommerce within a premium consumer, lifestyle or retail business. You know how to turn a brand story into engaging content, an excellent customer experience and measurable results.
