Your opportunity

As the Digital Media Officer, you will drive engaging digital content that keeps the community informed and increases participation in council programs and events.

You will be passionate about data, insights and trends to continually improve and optimise digital engagement and experiences, increasing satisfaction and trust with our community.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent relevant experience in digital communications.
- Experience managing digital communications channels including websites and social media platforms.
- Experience in photography, videography, short-form video and multi-media content development.
- Experience interpreting digital analytics and using audience insights to improve digital communications.
