The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Workplace Specialist to join us in Sydney on a 12month fixed term contract. You will play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our people by designing, building and maintaining pages and sites across two of our most important platforms: SharePoint Online (our intranet) & Sitecore (our public-facing website). This is a hands-on and varied role which will include writing code, designing layouts and developing web experiences from scratch alongside delivering change requests, strategic initiatives,

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

- Hands-on development experience with Sharepoint Online - building sites, pages, hubs, web parts, content types, lists and libraries from the ground up
- Ability to write and edit code in HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript being comfortable working directly in code not purely through drag and drop editors
- Experience designing and developing web pages (.NET/C# stack) on Sitecore or similar CMS including creating components, building templates, configuring layouts and publishing content to a live public facing website
- Strong visual and UI/UX design skills ideally with a portfolio showing websites or intranet sites you have designed and built
- A service oriented mindset with the ability to triage, prioritise and resolve platform issues efficiently combined with the technical depth to fix issues
