About the role

Two Wells Community Children's Centre has recently completed an exciting extension and, as a result, increased daily enrolment numbers.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III qualified Educators to join our friendly and supportive team.

We have Fixed-Term and Casual positions available, with a variety of shifts across our operating hours of 6:45am – 6:00pm. There may also be the opportunity for ongoing permanent employment for the right candidate, based on performance and suitability within the role.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality education and care
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Communicate and liaise with families in a professional, respectful and supportive manner
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) through individual curriculum planning
- Uphold the centre philosophy, policies and procedures
- Be a supportive, positive and active contributor to the staff team
- Work a variety of shifts as required across operating hours of 6:45am – 6:00pm

About you

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently working towards your Diploma
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care for Certificate III positions
- Previous experience in an early childhood education and care setting is essential
- Current DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (required for Diploma positions)
- Current RRHAN-EC training and certificate
- Completed Mandated Foundations of Child Safety Training – Courses 1 & 2, or willingness to complete these prior to commencement
- Sound working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Experience with OWNA programming is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine passion for building meaningful and authentic relationships with children





An Exciting Opportunity for 2027 From 2027, Two Wells Community Children’s Centre will be participating in the Flying Start program.

Knowledge and understanding of the Flying Start program would be advantageous, particularly for educators who are interested in being part of this exciting development within our service.

Two Wells Community Children’s Centre is an integrated site providing Long Day Care and Department for Education Kindergarten.
