This is a senior leadership role with real scope. You'll set the direction for how AI shows up across a large organisation, build and lead the team that delivers it, and turn early momentum into something people rely on every day. It suits a technical leader who still likes getting into the detail, and who gets more excited by adoption than by demos.

- A technical leader who can hold their own in an architecture discussion
- Hands-on experience rolling out agentic AI across a large, complex business

- Genuinely enthusiastic about AI, across the latest models and research, and out at the events where it's discussed
