- Own growth across your market from opportunity to partner. You’re helping someone take control of their future and change their lives for the better
- You’ll be the person who can see the potential in an agent, understand what’s holding them back, challenge their thinking and help them take the leap.
- You’ll build relationships with high-performing agents and manage a strong pipeline
- Find opportunity and engage agents ready to move




- Understand their goals and barriers
- Lead commercial conversations and close
- Build long-term relationships and market influence
- Be the face of URBAN X in your market, building our profile, reputation and influence across the industry.

WHO YOU ARE You are a successful real estate leader, a growth state manager or a high-performing agent who knows how to turn ambition into action:

- You have a growth mindset. You are a natural closer, with business acumen, driven and exceptional with people.
- You know real estate, understand people and turn opportunity into results.
- You’ve built a successful career in real estate, built pipelines and closed.
