About the Role

FIND SUPPORT is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants across a variety of settings, helping them achieve their goals, maintain independence, and actively participate in their communities.

We support participants across a range of locations including Hornsby, Camperdown, Blacktown, Western Sydney, and surrounding areas, with a variety of shifts available including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and community access supports.

No two days are the same. You may be assisting with personal care, supporting community participation, helping build independent living skills, or providing companionship and meaningful social support.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting participants with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting participants with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household organisation
- Facilitating community access, appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
- Promoting participant choice, independence, and goal achievement
- Building positive and professional relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
- Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for participants
- Adhering to NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible approach to work and changing participant needs
- Experience in disability support, aged care, community services, mental health,



or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence supporting participants with a range of physical, psychosocial, behavioural, or communication support needs (highly regarded)

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
