ONCE-OFF FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED – THORNHILL PARK

One Aus Care is looking for caring and experienced Support Workers to support an 8-year-old diabetic, non-verbal autistic boy in Thornhill Park, near Melton.

His mum has an upcoming surgery and will be temporarily unable to care for him, so we are looking for support for 6 days only.

16th–21st October

Morning/Midday: 9:30 AM–3:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM–8:00 PMMain duties include:

- Supporting meals and snacks on schedule due to his diabetes
- Monitoring hydration
- Frequent nappy changes and personal care
- Assistance with feeding, bathing and daily routines
- Providing calm sensory and behavioural support
- Full supervision and active assistance

Requirements: ✅ WWCC

✅ Experience with autistic/neurodivergent children

✅ Experience with personal care

✅ Caring, patient and reliable

✅ Filipino Support Workers preferred, but not essential.

Pay: $36.81 – $66.26 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
