Details: Digital Canberra is seeking an experienced HR skilled to join our team as Director Workforce Change and Engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, workforce consultation and organisational change to play a key role in delivering a major whole-of-government initiative.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide trusted advice to executives, senior managers and employees on complex workforce matters and support the successful delivery of consultation and transition activities. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of Digital Canberra and help shape its future direction.
We're seeking a highly capable HR professional with:
- Experience in industrial relations, employee relations, workforce consultation or workforce transition.
- Knowledge of ACT Public Sector enterprise agreements and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce transition initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- The ability to interpret complex employment matters and provide practical, risk-based advice.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Experience applying workplace health and safety principles, including psychosocial risk management.
