About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker with Blossom and Bloom Supports, your role may include:

- Community access and social support
- Personal care
- In-home support
- Domestic assistance
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Building independent living skills
- Attending appointments and community activities
- Supporting participants to work towards their individual goals
- Providing companionship and meaningful engagement

As we continue welcoming new participants, additional shifts and opportunities may become available across our service areas.

Who We’re Looking For

- Confident working independently
- Friendly and able to build genuine professional relationships
- Flexible with their availability




- Passionate about supporting people to increase their independence
- Interested in being part of a growing organisation

Previous disability support experience is highly regarded.

Requirements

Successful applicants will need relevant worker screening/checks for the work they undertake, along with:
- NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
- Blue Card where required
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance

Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability are desirable but not essential for every position. Why Join Blossom & Bloom?
