Disability Support Worker – Community Access and Domestic Support

Location: Coolbellup, WA 6163

Employment type: Casual

Pay: $35–$40 per hour

Schedule: Monday and Friday, approximately 3–5 hours per shift

Care Link Services is seeking a reliable and caring Disability Support Worker to support a participant who lives with his family in Coolbellup.

Responsibilities

- Support the participant with community access and daily routines.
- Assist with light domestic tasks when required.
- Encourage independence.
- Complete accurate shift notes and report concerns to management.

Essential requirements
- Ability to commit to the scheduled shifts on both Mondays and Fridays. Please apply only if you can reliably work these hours.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.




- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
