We are looking for exceptional experienced Disability Support Workers to join our brand new SIL team in the Wollert . We are well known and respected for the exceptional care we provide around Melbourne and now we are bringing that care to a SIL in Wollert

We are looking for experienced Disabiity Support Workers who;

- are resposible. reliable and punctual
- Develop great relationships with the clients
- Always put the client's needs first
- Provide exceptional support at all times
- Ensure their own safety and the safety of the client and other team members
- Love to be part of a team
- Always go above and beyond for the client
- Bring a smile to work every shift
- Have NDIS clearance, first aid and CPR training and Cert III or IV as a minimum in disability / aged care
- Must have completed all mandatory training
- Must have drivers license and access to a car
- Speaks and understands English well
