Elevate Support Care is looking for reliable, compassionate casual Support Workers to support participants in our homes and the community.

You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, household tasks and community activities while encouraging choice, independence and connection.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

· A positive attitude, solid communication skills and a reliable approach.

· A current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, First Aid and CPR.

· Completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

· A Working with Children Check where required.

· A current driver licence and suitable insured vehicle if transporting participants.

Relevant qualifications and disability support experience are highly regarded.
