About the role:

Join our team at Point Frederick or Toukley where purpose-built units empower adults with disabilities to live independently in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll deliver high-quality, flexible care tailored to each resident’s unique needs—including those with complex medical conditions and manual handling requirements.

More than just care, you’ll be helping individuals live life on their own terms, guided by choice, control, and a person-centred approach that puts dignity first.

Role: Casual

Days: Monday to Sunday

Availability: to work across a range of shifts that will include, early mornings, afternoons, evenings and active night shift





Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes operate 24/7, and we’re seeking flexible team members available across a variety of shifts on a rotating fortnightly roster.

Requirements

- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- NSW unrestricted Driver’s Licence and access to a register and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- Employer working with Children Check.
- NDIS workers check and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals.
