With a dedicated team of over 300 staff across regional New South Wales, we are growing and looking for passionate, enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our friendly team in the Grafton Region.

✨ What Your Days Will Look Like

No two days are ever the same. You will support our participants in their own homes, day programs, work, or during after-school and school holiday programs. Your role will blend essential daily support with life-enriching activities:

- Independence & Daily Living: Assist with household tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting, personal care, and medication administration.

- Community Connection: Organise and share in fun social outings, holidays, concerts, and trips to theme parks.

- Goal Achievement: Facilitate tailored programs that promote individual choice, health, well-being, and independent living.

- Relationship Building: Form trusted, meaningful connections while bringing laughter, fun, and positive change to someone’s world.

? About You

You are proactive, patient, self-motivated, and genuinely love empowering others to live fulfilling lives. Because we provide round-the-clock care, you will need a versatile approach to shift work, including availability for weekdays, weekends, active nights, and sleepover shifts.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

- Experience and/or relevant qualifications in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude!).

- A current Australian Driver’s Licence.

- Safe computer literacy skills.

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or a willingness to obtain one prior to starting).

- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
