Key Responsibilities

- Build rapport with participants and foster a supportive relationship.
- Assist clients in daily living tasks, community participation.
- Provide mentoring and positive behaviour support.
- Help clients develop life and social skills.
- Think on your feet and use initiative to handle dynamic situations.

Requirements





- National Criminal Police Check
- NDIS Workers Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
