Ultra Care Services is growing, and we're looking for caring, reliable and professional Disability Support Workers to join our team!

What we're looking for

✅ Previous disability or community support experience

✅ Good English communication – verbal & written

✅ Reliable, caring and skilled

✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Comfortable supporting people with different needs

✅ Willing to learn and complete required training

⭐ 2+ years' experience is highly desirable, but NOT essential.

Experience in areas such as autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, behaviors of concern, personal care, SIL or complex support is an advantage.

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module




- Relevant qualifications and/or experience
- WWCC where applicable
- Right to work in Australia
- Driver's license & reliable vehicle where required
