Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to support our warehouse and dispatch operations. This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day warehouse administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with load planning
- Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch
- Ensure orders, labels and dispatch documentation are accurate
- Manage CHEP pallets, including tracking, reconciliation and coordinating pallet returns
- Complete data entry, invoicing and stock control activities
- Support drivers with delivery queries and scheduling
- Assist with vehicle and fleet administration
- Provide support to warehouse, production and administration teams
- Assist walk-in customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain WHS, quality and operational standards




- Contribute to process improvements and efficient warehouse operations

About You

- 2+ years’ experience in administration, warehouse or despatch
- Previous dispatch or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with CHEP pallet management highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- MYOB experience desirable
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift licence desirable
- Experience in the automotive, industrial or commercial lubrication industry highly regarded
