Production & Dispatch Team Member

Ilonka Foods – Bentley, WA Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm

Ilonka Foods is looking for reliable, physically fit team member to join our food manufacturing facility in Bentley.

This is a hands-on role working across dispatch, food processing, packing, goods receiving and general production.

- Have reliable transport to Bentley
- Are physically fit and comfortable with manual work and lifting up to 25kg
- Will turn up when rostered – for interviews and scheduled work
- Work well as part of a team and treat others respectfully
- Can follow instructions, accept feedback and take responsibility for your work
- Are willing to move between departments when required
- Can obtain/provide a National Police Clearance

Reliability is extremely important to us. We need people who can be counted on to arrive on time, work their rostered hours and contribute positively to the team.

The Role

Your duties may include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Preparing orders for dispatch




- Loading and unloading stock
- Receiving and putting away goods
- Food processing and production
- Weighing, portioning, sealing and labelling products
- Handling meat and chilled products
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Assisting across different departments as required

Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, dispatch, picking and packing or production is preferred. A forklift licence is highly regarded.
