Independence Care Inc. is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are fluent in Hindi to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants in the Ballarat area.

Requirements

- Fluent in Hindi
- Demonstrated experience in the disability sector,
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent relevant qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Victorian Driver Licence preferred
- Reliable, professional and committed to person-centred care
