Our client is a global equity investment manager.They are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support operations across the manager's funds domiciled in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia and offshore markets.
This role is full time and based in a Sydney CBD office.
You will be working alongside the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in supporting business-critical activities.Role responsibilities include:Fund OperationsUnit registry oversightMonthly reporting to investors, consultants,



platforms and research housesManagement fee reviews and rebate administrationDaily market monitoring and disclosuresWholesale certificate register updatesDriving process and risk improvements across the fund operations functionsSupport year-end process and regulatory reportingMaintenance of policy and proceduresPreparation of monthly reports for distribution to investorsMaintenance of the website with updated fund informationPreparing competitor analysis reportsKey skills and experienceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related fieldExperience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations is desirable but not essentialStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in working with AI toolsA genuine interest in building a long-term career in fund operations
