ForHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care team in Narre Warren.
You will provide high-quality nursing support, perform triage, identify deteriorations and work with Urgent Care Practitioners to deliver patient care.
The role emphasises hands-on care, education and timely documentation.
You must hold current AHPRA RN registration with at least 3 years' experience in emergency/triage settings, and be available for evenings and weekends.
