Working across the Asia Pacific region with a focus on Australia, while also supporting 8 other countries including China and Japan, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law.You will support and collaborate with partners across Human Resources (HR) (Business Partners, Employee Relations, IndustrialRelations, Payroll, Talent), Compensation, Total Rewards and Global Mobility), Environmental Health and Safety, EnterpriseRisk, Ethics & Compliance, and business specialists across the regional CSL business units.Reporting to the Global Head, Labour & Employment Law you willProvide succinct and direct employment law advice that is strategic, business-focussed, risk-conscious,



compliant and actionableBe a subject matter expert and provide direct legal guidance on all Australian employment law matters including employment disputes, restructures, investigations, terminations and compliance mattersWork with Industrial Relations to provide advice in relation to enterprise agreement strategy and negotiations,union consultation and collective disputes Manage and assess employment law items across APAC, utilising local internal legal support where availableOversee outside counsel, and represent company where appropriate, in litigation and agency mattersYour skills and experienceLLB or JD from an Australian universityAdmission to practise in Victoria, AustraliaDemonstrated experience in Australian Employment law matters, in-house experience desirableExperience in conducting or overseeing complex employment related items and working effectively within a matrixed organisational structureClosing Date for Applications: Friday 2nd October
