We're looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the CFO.
You'll own month-end close and monthly group consolidation across our four entities, manage intercompany transactions and eliminations, and get hands-on with project accounting for our commercial operations.This isn't a role where you'll be boxed into one narrow function — you'll work closely with the CFO across the full finance function, with real scope to shape how things are done as we grow.
For the right candidate, this role offers a genuine prospect to progress into a Financial Controller position as the business scales.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end month-end close across 4 entitiesMonthly group consolidation (manual/Excel-based) incl.
intercompany eliminationsProject accounting — WIP, cost tracking, margin analysisBalance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrityAssist with statutory accounts, tax compliance (BAS/FBT)
