We are having an exciting opportunity fora true hotelier at heart who enjoys engaging with our guests and providing memorable welcoming experience,to join our high performing Concierge operations as our Full Time Doorperson.

You will ensure that our guests and clients have a truly memorable experience throughout the entire guest journey from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

About the role:

Responsibilities of the door person include, but not limited to:

- Be present at the front door at all times and act as an ambassador for the hotel




- Assist with guests' luggage as they arriving or departing from the hotel
- Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure of the property
- Always be friendly, smiling and calm under all circumstances.
- Control all parking and flow of traffic at the entrance.
- Full Time, shifts hours are from 10am to 6pm

About You:

- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Knowledgeable about city events and hotel surroundings
- Love to interact and engage with guests
- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury workplace will be viewed favourably
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
