Role Description The Drawing Coordinator internship role is an on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC. This role involves assisting with the preparation, organization, and updating of design and shop drawings for hospitality and interior projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications. The intern will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and manufacturing partners to track revisions,



maintain drawing logs, and support documentation for QA and installation.

Daily tasks may include formatting and labeling drawing sets, checking for completeness, coordinating information between internal teams, and contributing to visual presentation materials. The role also offers exposure to FF&E; processes, design workflows, and project execution within a quick-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with designers, project teams, and external partners.
- Art and Painting skills to support visual concepts, design details, and presentation materials.
- Music or other creative interests that reflect a well-rounded artistic perspective and attention to aesthetic detail.
- Curriculum Development or structured planning skills to help organize drawing documentation, workflows, and process guides.
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or industrial design; familiarity with drawing or CAD tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Formal studies or training in design, fine arts, or related fields are beneficial but not strictly required.
