The Role As a Dump Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently hauling ore across surface mining operations while maintaining production targets and site safety standards.

You will be operating industry-leading equipment, including:

- Caterpillar 777
- Caterpillar 785
- Caterpillar 789
- Caterpillar 793

You will have the opportunity to work across both hard rock and soft rock mining environments, gaining valuable experience on large-scale mining projects. About You To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Minimum 6 months experience operating production dump trucks
- Experience operating one or more of the CAT 777, 785, 789, or 793
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety




- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Earnings & Growth opportunities Successful candidates can earn $5,000+ per week, depending on roster and experience. Operators who demonstrate reliability, commitment, and strong performance will have the opportunity to progress into permanent positions and higher-paying roles.
