DUTY MANAGER / GAMING STAFF / FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

Bath Hotel located on the prestigious Parade Norwood, shopping precinct is looking for a Duty Manager, Gaming Staff and Front of House Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced staff to join our dynamic team, positions available include Duty Manager, Gaming Staff and Front of House Staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for patrons. You will be required to be available to work across a 7-day roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Casual and part time positions available for the right candidate.

DUTY MANAGER

About the role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, as a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our popular establishment.

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue's operations, including managing staff, handling customer enquiries and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Part Time or Full Time available for the right candidate. Must be available for a mixture of shifts, day, night, weekends and public holiday. This is hands on role, supervising front of house and gaming. You will need a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be responsible for managing staff, cash handling, stock control, opening and closing of the venue and ensuring the venue is running smoothly.

What we require from you -





· Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Venue/Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

· Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a high-quality experience

· Responsible Person Badge, RSA and RSG

· Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, daytime and evening services. Salary negotiable

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment

· Proficient in the use of hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems, H&L; preferable

GAMING STAFF REQUIREMENTS

We are currently recruiting for a passionate & proactive Gaming Attendant. As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for providing friendly and qualified customer service in our gaming room. This is a full time or casual position with hours dependent upon the applicant. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

· Providing warm, professional service to all guests

· Operating and monitoring gaming machines

· Ensuring accuracy and compliance with gaming and liquor legislation

· Cash handling and following all security procedures

· Keeping the gaming room clean, welcoming, and well-presented

· Supporting the bar and front-of-house team as required

Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must

Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential

FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

We are currently seeking Front of House staff particularly for day shifts as well as night/weekend shifts.

- RSA required
- Previous experience preferred
