Together we go beyond.As a CRM Functional Architect at Avanade, you will shape the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for our clients across New Zealand and the wider region. You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.Key Responsibilities●Lead functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules●Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements●Translate complex business processes into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs●Oversee configuration,



customisation and integration design in collaboration with technical architects●Provide quality assurance across functional deliverables, reviewing solution designs and test plans●Support pre-sales engagements including effort estimation, solution scoping and proposal writing●Mentor and guide junior consultants and business analysts on the engagement team●Manage client relationships and act as primary functional point of contact throughout delivery
