About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our early learning team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality education and care to young children, develop engaging learning programs, and create a secure, inclusive and supportive environment that promotes children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate educational programs for young children.

Develop learning experiences that support children's language, social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Observe, assess and document children's learning, progress and individual needs.

Establish positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Monitor children's wellbeing, development and participation and respond appropriately to individual needs.

Maintain accurate records, learning documentation and required reports.

Communicate regularly with parents and families regarding children's development and learning.

Work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to support children's learning outcomes.

Ensure programs and practices comply with relevant early childhood education standards,



policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development and continuous improvement activities.

Skills and Experience The successful applicant will have:

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, such as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved qualification.

Eligibility for registration/accreditation as an Early Childhood Teacher in the relevant Australian state or territory.

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and contemporary early childhood teaching practices.
- Experience developing and implementing early childhood learning programs.
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional early learning team.
- Commitment to child safety, inclusion and promoting positive learning outcomes.
