We are looking for an In-Warehouse Mechanic to be become part of a supportive team, ensuring all Lime e-Bikes are at an operational and safety standard, ready for deployment, for the public to use for transportation.

You will be provided with detailed training and instruction on the repair of the model of bikes used at Lime. Most of the work is mechanical in nature, and there is a small amount of computer and software update work.

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience in bicycle, automotive, mechanical, electrical, or similar repair work is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to complete efficient, accurate repairs.
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and repair procedures.
- Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to lift up to 35 kg frequently.
- Available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to use standard hand and power tools to solve problems.

Key responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair Lime e-bikes, scooters, batteries, and electronic components. Complete routine maintenance, including tyre changes, inflation, brake adjustments, cleaning, and assembly.
- Perform quality checks on completed repairs before vehicles leave the warehouse. Accurately record repairs, parts used, quality checks, and vehicle status in Lime’s operational systems.
- Inspect, rotate, check in, and check out batteries safely.
- Maintain organised workstations, tools, parts, and vehicle areas. Follow all warehouse, safety, hygiene, and repair procedures.




- Support vehicle movement using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts where authorised.
- Work efficiently to maximise the number of operational vehicles.
- Support other warehouse and operations tasks as required.
