About the role A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Early Childhood Trainee to join the dedicated team at A Country Garden Early Childhood Centres' across the Toowoomba & Darling Downs QLD region. This is a part time traineeship where you will gain practical, hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment, while completing a nationally recognised early childhood qualification.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist with the planning and delivery of educational and recreational activities that promote the growth and development of young children
2. Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all children
3. Actively engage with children, families and the broader community to build positive relationships
4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
5. Contribute to the overall operations of the early childhood centre, supporting the wider team as needed
