The Role: eCommerce Delivery Manager (Newly Created)

We’re on the hunt for a tech-minded, delivery-obsessed eCommerce Delivery Manager to join a growing Digital Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work across 11 brand websites, acting as the key link between internal stakeholders and development partners.

You’ll be responsible for delivering everything from new website features and platform enhancements to full-scale site releases — ensuring the digital experience continues to delight and convert.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead digital delivery across multiple eCommerce sites and workstreams
- Scope, brief, and prioritise development tasks for new features and ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital trade, IT, and agency partners
- Own UAT, support training, and ensure seamless execution
- Track budgets and manage delivery pipelines with a focus on continuous improvement




- Communicate with clarity — keeping stakeholders informed and expectations aligned
- Proactively identify risks and drive timely resolutions.

What You’ll Bring

- 5 years working with Magento and/or PWA tech stacks
- 3 years’ experience in a digital delivery or technical eComm role
- Robust understanding of eCommerce architecture and third-party integrations
- Confident using JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Agency or multi-brand experience is a bonus.
