About the role

Hueseeka is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Ecommerce Fulfilment Coordinator to join our energetic warehouse and distribution team. This is a full-time position based at our Tingalpa, QLD facility. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction whilst supporting the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch and returns

- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing and dispatching of orders

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

- Manage stock accuracy from supplier purchase order management to stock receipting, managing stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions





- Identifying opportunities to improve order fulfilment systems and customer service efficiency including the continued development of our AI customer service agent.

- Supporting the warehouse team with ad-hoc duties as required to meet operational demands

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or customer service within a logistics or distribution environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and prioritise tasks effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, ecommerce platforms like Shopify and standard office software such as Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions

- Physical capability to occasionally assist with warehouse tasks as required

- Desirable: Experience with inventory management systems or experience in the ecommerce sector with an innate curiosity about how technology and systems work

Hours:

Full-time

Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
