Ecommerce Manager | Shopify, Paid Media, Klaviyo, CRM & Creative

Brisbane | Hybrid | $120K–$130K super

We’re working with a fast-growing Australian consumer brand that has built a seriously loyal following and is entering an exciting next stage of growth.

With a strong online presence, a highly engaged customer base and a product people genuinely love, the business is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the online customer journey and help turn attention into revenue.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves ecommerce, performance, creative and getting stuck into the numbers.

ABOUT YOU

- 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce/DTC
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience working across Paid Media and performance marketing
- Solid Klaviyo / CRM experience
- A strong understanding of CRO, customer journeys and ecommerce analytics
- An eye for creative and an understanding of what makes digital content convert
- A commercial, data-led approach without losing sight of the customer
- Experience working in a quick-paced consumer, retail, food, beauty, lifestyle or DTC environment

THE ROLE

You’ll own the day-to-day ecommerce function, working across:

- Shopify – managing, merchandising and continuously improving the online store
- Paid Media – working closely with internal/external partners to drive profitable customer acquisition
- Klaviyo & CRM – owning email, retention, customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Creative – working closely with content and creative teams




- CRO & Customer Journey – identifying opportunities to improve conversion & AOV
- Reporting & Analytics – using data to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where to focus next
- Campaign launches, product drops, promotions and broader ecommerce initiatives

Most importantly, you’re someone who likes doing, not just managing. You’ll be comfortable getting into Shopify, looking at the numbers, briefing creative, testing ideas and making things happen.
