- Acting as the first point of contact for program enquiries from candidates, examiners, members and non-members
- Providing secretariat support to the Education Board and committee meetings
- Maintaining candidate database integrity and improving our education administration data
- Checking candidate submissions against ASUM's education regulations, standards and policies
- Collecting and analysing participation, performance and feedback data, and preparing reports for management and the Education Committees

- 2–5 years' experience in business administration or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple courses, tasks and deadlines

- Confident written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging across all levels of the organisation.
- Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise
- A team-oriented, service-focused approach with internal teams and external partners
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience is welcome but not essential
Tools you'll use
- MS Office, project management collaboration tools, member database, and learning management system.
Please note: Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and will be asked to provide two previous managers as references, if shortlisted.
