About The Role

As an Educator at Goodstart Nirimba, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.

You'll help create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

In This Role, You'll

✨ Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs

✨ Build strong and meaningful relationships with children and families

✨ Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments

✨ Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing

✨ Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader

✨ Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

About Goodstart Nirimba

? New, purpose-built centre located in the heart of Aura on Kabi Kabi Country.

? Supporting children across Nursery,



Toddler and Kindergarten learning environments.

? Modern learning spaces open directly onto beautiful outdoor areas, including a unique adventure fort designed to encourage exploration and active play.

? Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared onsite.

? A diverse and multicultural team with support available.

? Strong connections with the local community, including experiences such as visits to the local primary school, parks and bush kindy.

? The centre operates 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

? Conveniently located at 1 Salwood Lane, Nirimba, near Nirimba Drive and Nirimba State Primary School.

What you'll bring

✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,



or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

✔ Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
